Vitamin Therapy

Photo: Blooming Italian (flat leaf) parsley

Did you know that consuming parsley by itself is like having a vitamin therapy?

Its greenery is rich in vitamin A and has more C vitamin per volume than an orange. Parsley also contains several B vitamins and minerals calcium and iron.

By some doctors parsley tea is prescribed as a cure for bladder troubles in young females. Nevertheless, with all the beneficial ingredients, parsley tea seems like a benefit to anyone who drinks it.

Solomon ibn Gabirol, Judaic poet and liturgist of the 11th century

"Thou openest thine hand,
and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and merciful in all his works.
The Lord is night unto all them that call upon him,
to all that call upon him in truth."

Has anyone told you?

You've probably heard about how we pick up a whole lot of limiting beliefs along the road of growing up and even as adults. Well, I'm happy to admit that there's one belief I've had had for as long as I can remember, although I have no idea where or when it moved into my belief system... :)

That precious belief of mine is that the real beauty comes from within, that inspired beauty is what makes mature women gracious and more beautiful and attractive than ever before. Inspired beauty from the very core of one's being is the only real thing: timeless and ageless...

The only way to achieve this glorious state is through internal bliss. When you feel happy, healthy, wealthy, joyous, prosperous, understanding, peaceful (or bring any other from the variety of these beautiful feelings into your consciousness) you have that glowing beauty that no expensive beauty product can reward you with.

Here's something wonderfully inspirational, especially for you today, it's all yours, no charge, only one click away (what a great thing the Internet is!).

John D. Rockefeller, Jr.

"Money itself is lifeless, impotent, sterile…
but man with his brain, brawn and imagination,
using money as servant,
may feed the hungry,
cure the diseased,
make the desert places bloom,
and bring beauty into life."

Simple Beaute

Are you dreaming about having a simple plan for your facial care system, simple solution for your whole body?

I'm talking about having one jar of great quality, all natural cream you could use around your eyes, all over your face, on your shoulders, your decollette, your feet - in other words, all over your body and you wouldn't have to travel with -or use - a whole bunch of jars and bottles and sprayers every morning and every night.

Sounds like Utopia?

It may sound like something impossible but it's not anymore!

There's a product on the market, all natural, without any preservatives whatsoever, made out of seven wonderful ingredients:

~Organic Aloe Vera Juice
~Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
~Organic Jojoba Oil
~Monolaurin
~Organic Shea Butter
~Organic Mango Butter
~Natural Palm Oil

These fine oils from tropical regions throughout the world are the best Dr. Mercola believes is available to provide best for your ageless beautiful and healthy skin.

I purchased a Value 3-Pack, that is Natural Body Butter variety: Unscented, Lavender, Jasmine. They are big (4 oz.) jars that go a long way, even though I'm using them a lot. They don't feel too greasy or too heavy, they spread nicely. In short, I enjoy them a lot!

Oh, and BTW, price for them is not exotic - at all! :)

Beauty Quick Fixes

I don't believe in quick fixes with long time benefits in beauty routine. They are just what their name says they are - fixes, in other words, temporary solutions.

If you at all care about your largest organ (your skin), about the way you look and feel, you should continually, persistently, gently and intentionally care for your skin and your body in general - all the time. As Tony Robins, famous author and speaker says: "In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently."

Every morning and every night your skin needs cleansing, nourishing, massage and exfoliation. In that regard, beauty care is no different than teeth care: you want healthy pearly-whites, you better keep them clean! You want healthy, glowing, flawless, youthful skin, you better take a good care of it - each and every day of your life or as best/as often as possible.

Even if it's a little thing,
do something for others -
something for which you get no pay
but the privilege of doing it."

Treat Your Body Lovingly

Teachings, thousands of years old, are now being proved as being correct - scientifically. By now probably almost everyone has heard about how our thoughts influence our reality - even those who don't have the slightest idea about how to use this information to their own advantage.

Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto has photos of how water molecules crystallize into beautiful, symmetrical patterns under the influence of "love" word - or thought - even as far away as on the other side of the world. These photos are one of the most obvious and pleasant-to-the-eye proofs I've ever seen.

We are all interconnected and that's why keeping our emotions, thoughts and words positive, beneficial, constructive and specific (for the good of everybody concerned) is the best thing we can do for ourselves and others.

The same applies to our everyday beauty routine. This body is our vehicle in this life and treating it with love and respect is the only right thing to do. And it's not just the influence of our focused attention we pay to our bodies when taking care of it. Loving ourselves brings out magic - and miracles... :)
